Refund and Returns Policy – Quinova Jewelers

At Quinova Jewelers, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns Eligibility

• Timeframe: Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are exempt from being returned:

• Gift cards

• Customized or engraved jewelry (unless defective)

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

• Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@quinovajewelers.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same piece, please email us at info@quinovajewelers.com and mail the item to our address below.

• Responsibility for Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

• Tracking: If you are returning an item of significant value, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
