Timeframe: Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are exempt from being returned:
Gift cards
Customized or engraved jewelry (unless defective)
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same piece, please email us at info@quinovajewelers.com and mail the item to our address below.
